Wendy Del Rosario's journey began in Higüey, Dominican Republic, where she was raised as the eldest in a family of five. Even from a young age, Wendy exhibited a profound interest in quality, a trait that would shape her life's trajectory. This innate curiosity led her to pursue higher education at Broome Community College in New York, where she majored in Quality Assurance.

Upon completing her studies, Wendy returned to her homeland, but her heart yearned for something beyond the bustling city life. Embracing an opportunity in the tourism industry, she discovered a newfound passion for hospitality, which resonated deeply with her commitment to excellence.

Wendy's career in tourism quickly flourished, propelled by her unwavering dedication and meticulous attention to detail. Guided by the belief that there is always room for improvement, she became renowned for her adherence to the fundamental principles of quality in all her endeavors. With over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Wendy has had the privilege of working with prestigious hotel chains such as Meliá International, Princess Hotels & Resorts, and Blue Diamond Resorts, with her work experience spanning both the Dominican Republic and Mexico. She has taken on various roles, showcasing her versatility and adaptability, with a particular focus on groups and weddings.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Wendy remained deeply rooted in her community, actively volunteering with tour leaders and local NGOs to give back and uplift those around her.

In her personal life, Wendy finds fulfillment in the simple joys of spending quality time with her loved ones, especially her husband, and indulging in her passion for literature, cinema, travel, dance, and, of course, her love for her dogs, Goten and Gohan. She believes in the importance of authenticity and integrity, advocating for staying true to oneself in all aspects of life.

As Wendy continues to evolve, her sights are set on making a lasting impact by sharing her wealth of knowledge and experience. Driven by her passion for hospitality, she aspires to open a hospitality school in her hometown, empowering the next generation with the skills and values that have enriched her own journey
